The Affordable Care Act established a wide variety of provisions to increase Americans’ access to affordable, accessible, and high-quality health care. Designed as a webinar for OAH PAF grantees, this webinar reviews the content and status of those provisions most pertinent to pregnant/parenting youth and their children, including the law’s maternal and child health, sexual/reproductive health, and health insurance coverage provisions. Also presented are opportunities and resources for service providers working with expectant and parenting youth to help those young people access services now available.
