A few weeks from now, in the (almost) words of NSYNC:
🎶 It’s gonna be May! 🎶
As you might remember, last May, a group of national sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice organizations launched the first-ever Sex Ed For All Month. And from that May forward, we voiced a collective commitment to observe the month annually as we work toward a world where all young people—no matter where they live, or how they identify—receive the high-quality, evidence-based sex education they deserve.
And we’re back at it again this year.
In these challenging times of COVID-19, our campaign will look a little different this May. We’re focusing on digital action steps, encouraging open and honest conversations about sex among families as they spend time together at home, and planning a variety of other 100% socially distant activities.
Right now, we want to hear from you!
We’re looking for some volunteers to participate in our #SexEdForAll social media and story sharing efforts ahead of May. In particular, we are looking for:
- Young people
- Sex educators
- Parents
- Policymakers
If interested, please fill out this form.
Whether you fall into one of the above groups or not, keep an eye out for updates over the next few weeks. We will be sharing social media toolkits, digital advocacy opportunities, and more.
